The new curved sop arrived yesterday, Many Thanks! I'm very pleased with it. It is 100% in tune and has a great balance across the whole range - it's a joy to play. I've being playing it with a Selmer Super Session mouthpiece (Rico Royal reed) and it sounds amazing!

| Aquilasax Altos These well-engineered saxophones have smooth ergonomic design, high F# key and mother of pearl inlays on the F# trill as well as the usual keys. Made with lead free brass and double ribbed for extra strength, with bow clamp to facilitate ding repairs. They feature built in adjustment for the pressure on the auxiliary F pad. One of the first signs of wear on any sax is cork compression on the auxiliary keys. This problem can make playing low notes difficult. This problem will go away with the turn of a screw on Aquilasax saxophones. These free blowing saxes also feature beautiful fine floral hand engraving and adjustable thumb hook! This little beauty is rich and resonant. Good sound balance for recording or mic Sound recording player said it was more comfortable than the straight soprano and much louder.
